In this clinic-based leadership role, you’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs and BTs, and provide parent training — all while benefiting from a consistent full-time schedule, strong clinical collaboration, and opportunities for professional growth.

Location: Clinic-Based

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Onsite during designated business hours, with additional time as needed to meet business goals

Responsibilities

Salary & Incentives: Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus structure. Bonus tied to productivity and billable hours. CEU support and paid training.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RBTs 

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans 

• Provide caregiver training 

• Ensure documentation and compliance

Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher required
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Missouri Behavior Analyst License required
• CPR (Adult, Child & Infant) and First Aid Certification required
• FCSR background clearance required
• Completion of BACB-required supervision training
